Villa Erica is a modern villa, ideally located in Benissa Costa, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea.

The center of Moraira, the nearest village, is barely 8 minutes away, as well as most activities, the main restaurants and shops. The nearest beach of Cala Baladrar is only a 2-minute drive away and for golfers there are 4 golf courses, 9 and 18 holes in the vicinity.
